2012 Market Report

This information is collected through the Park City Multiple Listing Service and is analyzed and prepared for distribution by the Statistics Committee which is a group of licensed agents who are members of the Park City Board of Realtors.  I am member of this committee and find the information very helpfull when assisting Buyers and Sellers in the Park City area market place. 

We constantly tracks all statistical data within the Summit and Wasatch County real estate markets. This data provides us with a good look at current trends within the market and also provides us with key market indicators that allow us to better understand future trends.
